We want to get as close to the action as we can and make sure your Evaporative Condenser coils look like this after 9 months of being immediately slammed with a full load. Our remote monitoring cameras allow us to keep a constant eye on what’s happening in real-time.

Trying to passivate new galvanized surfaces is tough enough, but throw in elevated heat, pH, and alkalinity not to mention total hardness and you’ve got perfect formula for disaster. White rust, can eat you alive, scaling will most definitely show up if not kept in check and then the all mighty forever present corrosion factor stares you in the face. How are we to ever keep all these checks and balances under control?

Thank the folks who have taken us more and more into the Internet of Things (IOT) world and allowed tons of things to be remotely monitored, none more important that our precious water resource we’ve developed our system called WATER-CHECK specifically for our world, water treatment.

Just in the small world of industrial water treatment, the sheer volume of water a small evaporative condenser consumes minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day would completely shock the unfamiliar end user. Thousands of gallons per day are needed to allow enough mass evaporation to take place to accomplish the cooling required on the smallest of systems.

WATER-CHECK is a complete water treatment reporting system that can be passive as well as interactive. Passive meaning can simply monitor what’s happening, interactive meaning you can remotely change the state of something. We can be more efficiently by monitoring things like GPM, Total Water Consumption, Temp, Humidity, Barometric Pressure, Water Levels, Wet-Bulb, Voltage Drops, Conductivity, pH, on/off Chemical feed cycles, camera monitoring of just about anything and so many more.

At the end of the day, we feel this system has added a bit of good to our industry by being able to set and receive alerts when any of these key aspects get out of sort.
